March Cereal Madness: The Intriguing 4-5

First things first: THE RESULTS

Stop & Shop Bracket: 1st Round
2. Cheerios defeats 7. Count Chocula 46-5
Statement game from Cheerios. Sources tell me that ESPN Classic is planning on broadcasting the potential Cinnamon Toast Crunch-Cheerios Elite 8 Matchup... LIVE.

Safeway Bracket: 1st Round
2. Cocoa Puffs defeats 7. Marshmallow Alpha-Bits 38-13
'Nother day, 'nother win for Cocoa Puffs. Is it a steamroller or is this, along with Count Chocula's loss an indictment of marshmallows?

Publix Bracket: 1st Round
7. Kix defeats 2. Frosted Mini-Wheats 27-24
This is what March Madness is all about. Kix's victory had everything. The terrific upset, the back and forth score, etc. Is Kix our cereal cinderella?

A&P Bracket: 1st Round
2. Trix defeats 7. Reese's Puffs 33-19
Trix did a little sweating early as it fell behind 4-3, but it stormed back -- deliciously, I might add -- and vanquished the tournament of all peanut butter.

Today, it's the 4-5 matchups. Some of these are really tough calls... I hope I'm not the only one on his way to the grocery store to pick up some due diligence.
